Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

In a lot of cases, the organic ranking of your site isn’t enough to stand out in the crowded hyperspace of your industry.  But, fear not.  There are ways to get on the first page of searches, to target visitors by showing up at the right times and bring more relevant people to your site.

SEM gives you the opportunity to bid on keywords related to your business and display your ads when people are searching with these keywords.  But, it is much more than that.

With all the different factors that relate to the bidding cost and position rank of your ad (including geographic location, relevance of your ad with the landing page, competition of other buyers bidding on your words, etc.), it takes a lot of experience to make sure you are getting the right visitors, bidding the right amounts and aren’t paying for clicks from people that came looking for something else.

Successful SEM programs can require constant maintenance and monitoring of progress to make adjustments to keyword bids, add new keywords and turning on/off campaigns for strategic targeting of visitors.  You can’t go into SEM halfhearted because neglected programs can come back to hurt you by raise your bid costs and making you pay more for less.

I take this burden off your hands and free up your time to focus on other things in your business.

I develop SEM programs and manage them to achieve success.  Together, we will discuss your goals and where is the most effective place to focus your campaigns to make the most return on your investment.  Then I either craft your campaigns and keywords to effectively reach the right people, or I step into your already existing campaigns and realign them to achieve your goals.  The end result is driving quality visitors to your site that will lead to converting these visitors into customers.

My specialty is in Google AdWords.  But, I have dealt with, and use, other products.  I prefer AdWords over the others for a couple reasons:
