Giving advertising and marketing programs the proper attention can be the difference between success and failure. There are many great ideas that have been uttered over the course of history. But, only the ones that have determined people to carry them through have turned into great accomplishments.
Throughout my career, I have been a part of many advertising, marketing, communications and public relations programs. From traditional print, to graphics and digital imagery, to web and interactive, to event planning and beyond, I have a wealth of project management and coordination experience to successfully complete programs on time and on schedule.
As a program manager and coordinator, I can:
- developing the direction and requirements of the project
- knowing the steps involved to properly plan a project with hidden surprises in timing or budget
- use my knowledge of area experts to solve pieces of the puzzle that can’t be done in-house
- coordinating with vendors and team members to make the right decisions
- tracking progress of projects, from beginning to end, to ensure they are adhering to timing and budget requirements
